A hill at Mutawintji painted in bronze — actual metallic paint, so the slope changes with the light in the room — with pale grey-green trees dotted all the way up it on black trunks, each canopy scratched over with white pastel. Along the top a line of small trees against a sky of white pastel scribbled over grey. Dry grass in the front, a fallen bush, a couple of blue dots. Handmade paper, black on the back, rough edge left in.
Size: 56 × 76 cm approx. Handmade sheet — each varies a centimetre or two.
Medium: Gouache, metallic acrylic and pastel on handmade paper.
Finishing: Signed and dated on the front and back. One of one.
